Physiotherapy is tax-exempt in Quebec.
Massage therapy and osteopathic treatments are taxed services in Quebec.
No! Physiotherapists are direct-access practitioners meaning that a doctor’s referral is not
required for assessment or treatment. Some insurance providers may require a doctor’s referral
for your treatments to be covered, but this is uncommon. Please consult your insurance provider
for their requirements.
Each session is paid by the client individually at the end of the session. We provide you with a
receipt at the end of your session which you can submit to your insurance provider. Please
consult your insurance provider for details related to your coverage.

– Prevention and management of sports injuries
– Pre and post-operative care
– Treatment of bone, joint, muscle, ligament, tendon and nerve pain and injuries
– Chronic pain management
Physiotherapy services not offered currently:
– SAAQ (automobile accident)
– CNESST (workplace injury)
– TMJ physiotherapy
– Pelvic floor physiotherapy
– Vestibular physiotherapy
– Physiotherapy for children under the age of 12
